Forsaken World – Free MMORPG – FW – Mounted Combat Guide

Fighting while on your mount is a great way to stay mobile and deadly in the lands of Oeste! Read on for a step by step guide on how to unlock the mounted combat feature!

When your character reaches Lv60, they will automatically be given the quest “Orders from The Capital”.
Travel to General Sutherland and speak to him.
He proceeds to tell you about an uprising in the land of Lansys, led by the Werewolf ancestor Jacob, and instructs you to seek out Niachilo to learn more about their ways.
Librarian’s Help
Travel to Niachilo and speak to him. Niachilo tells you that the people of Lansys are the only ones who know the art of mounted combat. He gives you a book to read about the people, and once you finish reading, he informs you of two brothers from Lansys who may be able to help you.
Windfang Brothers
Travel to the Sea of Oblivion to speak to Beasley Windfang.
Beasley’s Wish
Beasley sends you off on a number of tasks in order to prove that you are worthy to learn the secret art of his people. He begins by sending you out to collect a rare Sleeping Lotus that cannot wilt. Gather the flower from the Crescent Pond (you will need Botany Lv3), and then talk to Librarian Aphridiny. He will help you preserve the Lotus.
Test for Speed and Courage
When you return to Beasley, he sends you on a timed quest to kill a Fighter Soul in Emperor’s Canyon. You must finish this quest within 15 minutes. When you return to him, Beasley will give you a drop of Ancient Blood, the first ingredient needed to learn Mounted Combat. He then tells you to visit his brother in the Sleeping Jungle to receive a Mounted Combat License, the second ingredient needed to learn Mounted Combat. (REMEMBER: Ancient Blood is Sealed. You must right-click it to unseal by using EXP.)
Morin’s Help
Travel to the Sleeping Jungle and talk to Morin.
Beasley sends you to Morin in the Sleeping Jungle to find his brother Drogan. Morin, in turn, sends you to the Toxen Forest.
Emergency!
Travel to the Toxen Forest and talk to Drogan Windfang. Drogan agrees to give you a Mounted Combat License if you cure his mount, Myne, of poison. He sends you to the Bruten Pansco for an antidote.
Find the Cap
Travel to Pansco and talk to him. In exchange for an antidote to cure Myne, Pansco wants you to find his cap, which was taken by Giant Spiders.
Small Flower in a Big Swamp
Once you return his cap, Pansco sends you to the Instance Outer Ancestral Catacomb to collect a Silver Sheep Horn flower, which is what he needs in order to make a cure for Myne. The flower can be found on the banks of the lake. When you return to Pansco, he will give you the Antidote. (NOTE: If you lose or drop your Antidote, you can always return to Pansco for a new one.)
Mounted Combat License
Travel to Myne, cure him, and then talk to Drogan. Target Myne. Open your bag and right-click the Antidote to cure him. Then talk to Drogan and he will give you a Mounted Combat License.
Once you have both the unsealed Ancient Blood and the Mounted Combat License, travel to Lajar Wolfhowl in Freedom Harbor. He stands in the same courtyard as General Sutherland. Talk to him and select the Mixed Combat Mount option. In the store menu, select the Mount you wish to upgrade, and hit Confirm. Now that your Mount is upgraded, open your bag and right-click the Mounted Combat License. Congratulations! You are now able to perform Mounted Combat for the duration of the License!
(NOTE: The License will reside in the Mounted Combat License slot on your Character page for its duration. When it expires, you can receive new Licenses through Mentor points and packs.)
A Lv2 Mounted Combat License will allow you to use Mounted Combat in the Immortal Pool, Shrine of Light (both varieties), Hall of Aspen (both varieties), Chamber of Wind (both varieties), Water Prison (both varieties),Wraith castle floor 1 (both varieties), Tomb of Glory (both varieties), and Gods' Trial. If you wish to upgrade other mounts, you can buy Ancient Blood from Lajar Wolfhowl.)

Sad to say auto route didnt work timer ran out so lost quest. Cant restart and dont have cash so quest is gone and no combat mount because game fritzed. :( :(

after all the stuff you said which is acually in game where is Mynes location as there is no autoroute to get to it . next time you try to help people put some locations as where to go because all you gave us wa spictures of stuff we can get ourselve and it wasnt much help

This was a horrible. I got nothing from this. No location on where the head stone was located. I spend over 40 mins because you gave no detail. The quest at least said South east. Very aggravated.

i love this game but i am not rich and we have no game cards here and im underage for a credit card is there a way i can get a mount that i can make as my combat mount =.=

love the game but the pricesfor these mounts in game are way to expensive and the only quick relyable way to make in game gold is to spend my actual cash just to have a week of in game fun i dont understand yourlogic in this game am i missing somthing u make us pay just to get mad and leave at least make a zen to gold transfer system...

Ok, i have mounted combat and i didnt spend a penny. How? Well, our guild does a weekly GvsG, when we loose!! We get funds, re-id blue scrolls and 10 mounted combat packs, taken that only 8 of us do GvsG every saturday we hace licenses to spare(licenses are awarded to gl but he gives em to us as a reward€ Licenses are tradable. Uh..im not on such a cool guild the how?? When u reach master lvl 9 or 8(Dont remember) u can buy licences with mentor poins Still, no. Then ur just a lazy kid that doesnt wanna farm anything and u got no excuse. Any how its easy enough to have mounted combat so stop whinning.

Except for the fact that getting the license each week costs 4 tokens, only available from orbs, which aren't always available, how do you get higher riding lvl? Supposed to be NPC Lizdt, but nowhere to be foun?

YAY a guide for getting a whole week of mounted combat... but not in instances... but thats not half as important as the fact that if you dont cs you wont ever do mounted combat again... thanks FW

Any new characters in future upgrades maybe a dark elf and or a shade plus some counterpart pious races also any chance of a major quest like the Blind Guardian quest from Sacred 2 for PC in Forsaken World , thanks from Peter.

Having played the original Dungeon Seige for PC there was a part of the game where you could aquire a grenade launcher , a lightning gun and some other type of weapon from the gremlins can the Dwarves aquire these weapons as just a rifle seems a little on the lean side , thanks from Peter.

Hello, please fix the bug with Nyos Minion. - its not able to go combat mode since the item which npc asks doesnt match with the nyons one.

Ok so taking quest, then server goes down, come back quest is timed out and i can't regain the quest again, what other way can you get the darn thing then?

Make it permanent or at least make it less stupidly impossible to get a license outside of the cash shop. But I doubt you're going to do this since the cash you'll make off the packs is more important than the satisfaction of your players and customers right?

Can you plz fix the -god damned- Nyos' minion and make it able for mounted combat? The combination equation needs a lv50 Nyos' which is not our Lv30 Nyos'.
